DDI Brings COBRA In-house!

We are pleased to announce that we purchased a new COBRA administration software platform and have brought our COBRA Administration services “in-house.”  This means if we are currently handling your COBRA  administration, that you can now contact us directly (instead of through BHS) when you have a COBRA qualifying event such as an employee termination.  “DDI Admin LLC” is a licensed and insured TPA (Third Party Administrator.)  If you have current continuants on your plan, they have been transferred from BHS to DDI and they received a notice of the change.

DDI is pleased to continue to offer these services at no charge to our valued clients with 20 or more employees.

Please contact Angie Sargent, DDI Client Services Specialist and Lead COBRA Administrator, regarding any COBRA inquiries.  Angie is happy to assist you since she has direct access to all of your COBRA information.
