Born and raised in the Portland area, Cassie has spent her career building strong local ties and a keen understanding of the regional market.
For the past six years, she served in account management at a local medical carrier, where she supported both small and large employers. Her work focused on creating strategic benefit solutions, ensuring smooth plan administration, and providing personalized support for clients and their employees.
Cassie is especially passionate about educating employees on how to fully leverage their benefits and helping employers design meaningful, competitive benefit packages. Her goal is to make benefits more accessible, understandable, and valuable for everyone involved. Outside of work, you’ll find Cassie chasing after her toddler or ‘caddying’ for her husband.
