Kyle has been helping people find the right health coverage since 2021. Before joining DDI, he worked with clients at another local agency and Providence Health Plans, where he focused on Medicare. He guided members through their options so they could keep the doctors they trust and the prescriptions they rely on.
Kyle believes patience is the most important quality a Medicare agent can have. He knows Medicare can feel overwhelming, so he never rushes a conversation. He takes the time to listen, answer every question and explain each option in plain language. His goal is for every client to feel confident and cared for, both when they choose a plan and long after.
Outside the office, Kyle loves exploring the outdoors around Portland and often travels to other states to hike and snowboard. He also enjoys lifting weights and winding down with a good video game. He’s been to Mexico six times and is always planning his next adventure.
