Marlene has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She started out at a local insurance carrier before spending the last 30 years working on the agent broker side of the business. Over the past decade, Marlene has been a trusted advocate to DDI’s employer group clients and their employees, guiding them through claims and coverage questions, leading annual renewals, and ensuring our clients had the education and support needed to make informed benefits decisions. We’re thrilled that Marlene’s expertise now helps our Medicare team and clients, giving DDI an even more complete ability to support the full range of our clients’ health insurance needs, from employer group benefits to individual Medicare guidance, all under one roof. Marlene attended The Ohio State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Relations and Human Development.
She loves spending time with her family and friends, camping, gardening and soccer. Marlene exudes integrity and commitment in her work every day. We are grateful to have such a seasoned professional on our team!
